About the store

Aethervale SMP operates a Minecraft multiplayer server and sells digital server ranks crate keys and related digital benefits

Aethervale SMP is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft

Agreement

By making a purchase you agree to these Terms and Conditions the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy

You must be legally able to make the purchase or have permission from a parent or legal guardian when that is required by law

Digital delivery

You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username during checkout

Ranks crate keys and other digital items are delivered to that username after payment is confirmed or as soon as the server systems can complete delivery

Ranks

Purchased ranks are digital server privileges for Aethervale SMP and do not represent ownership of the server or any real world asset

Rank perks may be adjusted when reasonably necessary for server balance security technical compatibility or gameplay changes while the purchased rank itself remains associated with the account unless removed through an approved refund recovery transfer or enforcement action

Current rank upgrade discounts apply only to the next rank stated by the store and do not apply to crates

Rank recovery

Paid ranks may receive a recovery receipt code

The code can be used once to transfer the purchased rank from the original Minecraft account to one new Minecraft account when the original account is lost or hacked

The recovery code is a private credential and the customer is responsible for keeping it secure

After a successful transfer the code is permanently disabled and cannot be used again

Recovery codes are not issued for crate purchases

Crates

Crate keys provide access to randomized in game rewards

Specific rewards are not guaranteed unless the store explicitly says otherwise

Crate rewards server currency ranks and other virtual items cannot be exchanged with Aethervale SMP for real money and have no cash out value

Opened or consumed crate keys are subject to the Refund Policy

Server rules and enforcement

Purchasing from the store does not exempt a player from Aethervale SMP server rules

Ranks and purchases do not guarantee immunity from warnings mutes kicks bans resets or other reasonable moderation actions

A punishment for breaking server rules does not automatically create a refund right

Payments

Payments are processed by the payment provider available at checkout and may also be subject to that provider terms and verification requirements

You agree not to make fraudulent payments misuse refund systems or make false unauthorized payment claims

Availability and changes

We may update the server store products prices features and reward balancing over time

We may temporarily suspend the store or server for maintenance security incidents technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law Aethervale SMP is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third party services Minecraft account loss internet outages payment provider outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded

Applicable rules

These terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of Qatar together with any mandatory consumer rights and payment provider requirements that apply to a transaction
