Refund Policy

How refunds work for Aethervale SMP digital ranks crate keys and other store purchases

Digital purchases

Aethervale SMP sells digital server ranks and crate keys that are delivered to the Minecraft username entered during checkout

Because these products can be delivered and used immediately refunds are limited once a purchase has been fulfilled or consumed

You were charged more than once for the same purchase
Your payment completed but the purchased item was not delivered and our support team cannot correct the delivery
You purchased using the wrong Minecraft username and the item has not been used or transferred
A payment was made without your authorization and the payment provider confirms the claim
Applicable consumer law gives you a refund right that cannot be excluded

Contact [email protected] as soon as possible and include your payment reference Minecraft username and a short explanation

A rank has already been delivered and used
A crate key has already been redeemed opened traded or consumed
You are unhappy with the randomized reward received from a crate
You changed your mind after the digital item was delivered
You entered the wrong Minecraft username and the item was already used
Your Minecraft account was punished for breaking server rules
Your Minecraft account was lost or hacked when the one time rank recovery system is available for the purchased rank

Crate rewards are randomized within the reward pool shown or described by Aethervale SMP

Buying a crate key does not guarantee a specific reward and the result of an opened crate is not a reason for a refund

Crate items and server currency have no real money cash out value

Eligible paid ranks receive a one time recovery code when the purchase receipt is generated

If the original Minecraft account is lost or hacked the code can be used once to move that purchased rank to a new account

A successful transfer permanently disables the recovery code and the recovery system is not available for crate purchases

If a refund is approved the related rank crate keys server currency or other digital benefits may be removed from the Minecraft account

Refund timing is controlled partly by the payment provider and the customer bank
